The cooperation begins with you specifying the type of goods or services you are interested in. Together with our Chinese partner, we will identify a suitable manufacturer or distributor and prepare a detailed quote for you. The quote includes the purchase price, customs duties, and shipping costs to the EU. Once you approve the quote and place a firm order, production and shipment of the goods will begin immediately.

We offer an initial assessment, manufacturer research, and pricing of your product with a selected manufacturer starting from EUR 200 excluding VAT. If your inquiry includes multiple items that need to be priced with several manufacturers, we will prepare an individual quotation based on the scope of the request.

Upon approval of the quotation, the brokerage fee for managing and overseeing the entire import process is set at 8% of the purchase price of the goods in China, with a minimum fee of EUR 450 excluding VAT.

Payment is usually made as a 100% prepayment of the total value of the goods. Our company subsequently manages the entire production process to ensure it runs smoothly and without complications.

You place your order with our company in Hong Kong, not directly with the Chinese manufacturer. This allows us to guarantee timely delivery of goods in the required quality.

If any issues arise, you do not need to deal with the Chinese side directly. We handle all claims and corrective actions on your behalf.

The delivery time of your goods mainly depends on two factors. The first is the availability of the goods. If the goods are already manufactured, they can be shipped immediately after packaging. The second factor is the type of transport you choose. With the fastest air transport, we can bring your goods to Slovakia within 7 days of loading. With sea freight, it takes approximately 2 months from the loading date.

In addition to overseeing production, import, and customs clearance of goods, we also offer consultation services to assist with analyzing required certifications and product testing through certified testing institutes to ensure compliance for market entry in the EU. For products imported from non-EU countries, it is essential to ensure that labels and packaging are in the language of the country where the goods will be sold, including the country of origin marking. You can provide your own label or packaging design in PDF or JPEG format, or we can create a custom design tailored to your needs.
